We have stayed multiple years in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We absolutely love it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The views are absolutely amazing. We had an issue with the door code, but they quickly resolved the issue for us. We will be back in the future.

We loved this property. The location was perfect. The view was amazing. The layout of the condo was awesome. We had everything we needed and it was exactly as listed. If we had any suggestions for improvement it would be to update the mattress’s especially in the primary bedroom. But we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great condo!

Excellent condo that served all our needs. The 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms were just what we needed with 6 adults and one child. Each bedroom was spacious with ample room. The full-size kitchen was big enough for several adults prepping at the same time. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The amenities at Broadmoor are always appreciated and enjoyed. When we arrived fairly late, we couldn't access the internet. A quick email and the very next morning a technician arrived and reset the router/modem. We loved everything about this unit and will definitely be back if it's available!

We really did enjoy our stay. Awesome views from the kitchen, living room areas. The master bedroom had the best rising sun views. All the bedrooms has some kind of views which is really nice!! Any questions, were responded to quickly. We would definitely stay again. We had my elderly Mom with us, so she really enjoyed being in the condo, & balcony even if she could not go down to the beach with us. view's

Condo room was very nice and roomy. Parking was a nightmare !!! We wouldn’t stay here again for parking alone! Beach access was super easy and closer than most condos. Be sure to bring any seasonings you need including salt and pepper.

Great place to stay and great beach and area! Have very sensitive allergies and seemed like pets may have been in the condo, but not visibly noticeable by any means. We'll be back to Orange Beach for sure!

Beautiful condo and great beach access!

We have been to Orange Beach many times in this condo was definitely one of the nicest. It’s beautifully decorated and a very short walk to the beach. Only downside was that the icemaker did not work and they couldn’t get it fixed during our stay. Would’ve been nice to know prior to arrival so we could’ve prepared. Also, the barstools are in need of some minor repair and the hairdryer is broken. Small things and easily fixable. Overall, would likely return here.

This property was very clean and in a great location!! Just walk out of the elevator and out to the beach!! Our ONLY problem was having to get 3 different key codes before the door would open and the property did not have a sign out front large enough to see. But other than that, I would certainly go again!!!

Wonderful Vacation Rental will be back.

We truly enjoyed this vacation rental. Everything was clean and so spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. The beach was less crowded and the quick 0.4 mile walk to Flora Bama for a famous Buschwacker was wonderful. The walk to the beach was a very easy one and ideal for our 5 year old. Only negative was not with the condo unit but with the parking. Our first day it was impossible to find parking but after people left it was a lot better. We did talk to the manager and within the next few months the parking garage will be completed and open up a lot more parking. It was only a minor inconvenience on day one, after that it wasn't a problem. We will be staying in this unit again. All positives and 5 stars.

Condo was beautiful. Had a great view of the ocean and was plenty of room for everyone. The toilet in the master bath messed up took about 2 days to fix which was not the condo owners fault. The parking was very tight and cramped and half of it was blocked off I guess for renovations. Outside of parking condo was great so gave it a 4 star.

This is the first time staying in a condo on the Gulf! We were not disappointed in anything. The beach view was awesome, the walk to the beach was very short, the pictures were exactly how the condo appeared. It was very refreshing to have a beautiful place to stay at the end of our beach days! Highly recommend.

Post Wedding Relaxation

My son was in a wedding and we relaxed for a few days after at Orange Beach. We had plenty of room and privacy with the layout of the condo. The eating and den area were large enough to accommodate our family comfortably. The view was beautiful and the amenities were plenty. I especially appreciated the ease of catching an elevator and availability of carts for moving luggage. The leasing agent was very easy to communicate with and we had no problems during our stay. We will rent this unit again in the future.

This property is nice. The layout of the condo provides privacy for each bedroom which was a bonus! I love the location of The Broadmoor. They are currently undergoing some construction and we were not aware of this when booking. The tennis courts are totally closed. The pool area was nice but not kept up day to day. One of two elevators was out the entire time we were there and one set of stairs was closed due to lighting outage?! I gave the check-in process a 3 because it was old school. Hard keys, which I get, but we only got 2 sets on tiny key rings and there were 6 of us. A keypad entry would be a bonus for this unit. The booking management was excellent with communication on our stay and our check-out and very friendly when we contacted them. The floors were not swept thoroughly or mopped thoroughly when we arrived. That was easily taken care of by us, but disappointing because we had to wait for a cleaning inspection at check-in. I was surprised there was food on the kitchen and eating area floor and down feathers on the den floor. The condo itself was terrific and provided a homey place for us to gather with our family each day.

Wonderful stay!

Condo was just as it appeared on the website - very nice and clean with updated appliances. There was plenty of space for our family. The Murphy bunk beds in the master bedroom worked out great! There was no wait at all on the elevators which can sometimes be a problem at some larger condo complexes. The beach was not crowded which made for a nice, relaxing vacation.
