Additionally, this bedroom has a desk and monitor setup if you are planning on working remote. The ensuite main bathroom has a large double vanity with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower. Welcome to Marlin Key on the white sands of Orange Beach! Unwind after a day on the beach and take a dip and refresh in the outdoor pool. The complex DOES require parking passes and charges $35/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.

There is one reserved covered parking space that is marked with unit number. The second vehicle must park outside the garage in unreserved spaces. Max of two vehicles allowed.
