Regency Isle 1002 is a 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with an incredible view of the Gulf from the 10th floor.

• Access to the oversized balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom and includes a polywood pub-height table and four chairs as well as a wicker settee and two wicker-style chairs.

• The fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and crockpot, has updated granite countertops and is nicely situated so that you have a view of the Gulf when preparing meals. It also includes a nice, large pantry to store all of your groceries and a beverage cooler.

• The dining room table seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating. There is also seating on the balcony to enjoy your meals.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a lovely walk-in tile shower with double showerheads. The balcony can also be accessed from the primary bedroom.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin daybed

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Durable tile flooring is installed throughout the condo

• One assigned parking space is included in the two-car maximum. No guarantees can be made for a second vehicle. Parking for a second vehicle is first-come, first-served in unmarked spaces. No trailers are allowed on the property at any time.

• This property is conveniently located within a 10-minute or less walk to the world-famous FloraBama, The FloraBama Yacht Club, Waffle House, and a convenience store.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
