Great views of the water
We stayed here for a week prior to the Memorial Weekend holiday and it was a lovely, quiet stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked. My only complaint would be the use of cheap, single ply bathroom tissues and paper towels. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

We will be back!
We enjoyed our 1st vacation in 12 years- and definitely will be back! Very clean! The manager was very communicative. We loved the easy access to the beach especially since we have dogs. We enjoyed the views especially from the bedroom at sunset. We got lucky and had a couple of days of sunshine -very rare in April! The only thing that we would change would be bigger chairs/furniture in the living room … my husband is 6’4 Lol! :)

Outstanding location and wonderful property
We really loved this house and the location. Great for sitting inside and watching the waves, wind and rain. Also terrific for taking beach walks - especially if you are prepared to cross some of the rain swollen fresh water creeks that drain into the ocean along the beach. We loved the setup of the house, and found all of the amenities we needed. The only reason I did not give it an overall five start rating is that, for us, all three of the beds were too soft to be comfortable. We like a very firm bed, and these were not. But that is the only reason I could find to not give five stars.

Beautiful!
This was our second stay in this same unit; it’s been upgraded over the past year and was super lovely. My only complaint is there are very limited pots and pans, so plan ahead and bring stuff with you if you are planning to cook!

The location, the view and the home was amazing. We had an amazing weekend at this home. I would of loved blackout curtains in the master bedroom but that's just my preference. We will definitely be back.

We have a lot of children and often have a hard time finding a place that fits all of us. That being said this place was wonderful!! Everyone had a place to sleep...we all could sit at the table together...and sit and watch a movie together at night. The location was perfect...a short walk from the beach and a beautiful view of the beach from the house. Also plenty of parking space to park our giant passenger van. Thankyou for letting us rent this wonderful beach house...we hope to come again!

This is an odd thing to say but I think the pictures don’t do the property justice. The house/cabin is very spacious and very pretty inside. The access to the beach is very nice and the views are great.

Very clean house. Room for all. And the access to the beach was perfect. Not too many people in this location so our dog had freedom to run on the beach all he wanted :) we would definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay at this newly refurbished property. Loved being able to walk out the back door onto the beach with the dogs. Wi-Fi worked well. Management was quickly available about fixing a fireplace pipe problem. Plenty of space and towels. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it had most of what we needed. Bring along a larger fry pan.

We have stayed at the property before and loved it. This time, it looks like the last renter left their dogs upstairs for an extended period of time as there were stains all over the master bedroom carpet and in the hallway, and smelled terrible. Shame on the people that did this to this home and not notify the property manager. You really saw the stains when it got dark. The next day they shampooed the carpet and gave us air fresheners. Despite this we really did enjoy our stay and the beach!!

Awesome Location
We loved staying in this beautiful house! The location is awesome and it was very clean. It was an awesome fit for our family and the proximity to the beach was perfect for taking advantage of the breaks in the rain. The only concern we had was that I believe some of the house plants there are toxic to humans and animals and they’re in easy reach of children/pets. Overall, highly recommend it and would love to stay again!

Fogged in at the coast
My family including the dogs really enjoyed our stay here. The location between Waldport and Yachats is perfect, however being right on the highway does make it a bit noisy in the second bedroom. We love that the place has a fireplace since it was foggy and damp throughout our entire visit so it got a lot of use. Beach access was easy and having a grassy area right outside the back door was perfect for our pups! Everything inside was clean and useable except for the two chairs in the living room that were broken. There was enough seating for the four of us but wish they had replaced the broken chairs prior to our stay. Despite that we would still stay here again for our next family vacay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our couple day stay in this house. It’s quite spacious. Cannot beat the gorgeous view of the ocean from the upper level! Amazing access to the wide beach. One working tv would have been desirable but with endless coastal fun right outside, who cares! Highly recommend

Great location. However poorly stocked kitchen. No coffee filters and the Keurig machine was broken. No big pot to cook in. The whole point of renting a place with a kitchen is to have it stocked. Also whoever stayed prior to us used a paper towel to filter the coffee and that was left on the machine, it had turned moldy. Otherwise nice place.

Good location and overall comfortable cottage
Pros: beds super comfy (2 queens and 1 king), nice view from both decks, wood-burning fireplace. Cons: kitchen only has bare minimum utensils and pans, no spices or measuring cups or large coffee cups, no dishwasher, sofa and chairs very uncomfortable (needs a large sectional), random decor and furniture pieces. If you have the front door open, all you can hear is the traffic.

The good- Very spacious, very clean, great balcony and patio overlooking ocean, nice finishes, safe, and quiet. The bad- Two chairs in living room were broken down and unusable. Extremely lumpy and uncomfortable, leaving only 4 seating spaces for 8 people. Bed linens were cheap Costco microfiber, slipping off the corners every few minuts, felt like plastic. No instructions for upstairs TV which came with THREE remotes. Never did get it to work.

Badly needs an update
Right off the highway so heard lots of traffic noise. Bed was way too soft, back really hurt after just one night's sleep - it needs replacing badly. Upstairs bathroom sink is clogged and barely drained. Very little bathroom amenities - not enough towels, no hand/body lotion, not enough hooks in bathroom. Very bad glaring lighting in upstairs bedroom - too bright florescent (?) lights making it nearly impossible to relax lying down in bed at night. No A/C upstairs which got hot at night. Few kitchen utensils like measuring cups and spoons, also knives were extremely dull. Way overcharged for what we got. Stayed at other much nicer places for less - basically this entire unit needs a full remodel. (BTW - we didn't communicate w/property manager. I think you need a N/A option included as a response to this question.)
