Check in was fine but our toilet was running when we entered the room and then it did not flush. I went to the front desk to ask for someone to fix it and for them to get us a new room. I was told someone would come and after 20 minutes no one showed. So back to the front desk where they told me the person to fix it was never contacted. I asked for a new room and was told there were no other rooms available. We left!

Poor care and the bathroom was dirty and there was no control people do whatever they want! Some lady was working by my door screaming extremely loudly at 12am on her kid, which was very inconsiderate. The front stuff was very rude. And there was this loud noice in the bathroom not sure what that machine was but the noice was unbearable. I only stayed one night and Checked out the next day! Very horrible experience.

My overall stay was great but housekeeping was horrible and it was hard to get rhings u needed after hours...the lady at the bar was rude and ignored me while i waited patiently to order a drink think qhen she decided to pay attention to me she told me you all had none of the drink on your menu basically..but i did like you all resort just change some of the people that work there
