Enjoy our beautifully decorated, 1st floor, 3-bedroom condo located in the top-rated Windsor Palms Resort. This fun family gated resort community is just minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom and all the major Orlando theme parks and attractions.

When you're not at the parks, relax and enjoy all the first-rate amenities this popular resort has to offer. Take a refreshing dip in the Olympic-sized pool with sun deck and hot tub. Enjoy some lunch or a refreshing, tropical drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Explore the 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse equipped with sundry shop, fitness centre, games room, Nintendo Wii suite, cyber café, a 58 seat movie theatre and luxurious lounge area. Enjoy outdoor recreation with tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground. There are no resort fees, guests are welcome to use all amenities.

Master and Queen bedroom equipped with Flatscreen TV/DVD combos with cable. The master bedroom has a computer desk and chair with free high-speed internet access for those who travel with their laptop computers. Programmable safe is provided to lock away valuables.

Your little ones will delight in their Jungle theme room with Kuzco's pet panther to greet them. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV/DVD combo mounted on the wall.

The living room has a 42' flat-screen TV with DVD player.

The dining table seats six.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

For families with little tykes - we have a 'pack & play' fold-out crib and a high chair available for you UPON REQUEST.

This first floor condo is approximately 1,400 sq ft. with a private screened-in lanai. The condo is approximately a 1 minute walk from the clubhouse and pool with free parking available just to the side of the building.

We have a key-less door entry system with a self-programming door code.

Perfect place, felt like home
The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was minutes away from Disney parks but still gave us a break from not being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It was very clean and we loved the access to the pool, game room, and on site convenience store. Communication with owner was so easy and quick. Truly a fantastic place to stay and we would love to go back. We stayed a week and would have loved to stay longer!

Beautiful area and definitely close to major attractions. The best part was the pool area. It really is a great place to bring your family. The condo was walking distance to pool. Enough room for a family to stay at but you really need to bring your supplies like salt and pepper. Would I stay again … yes ..had a wonderful time.. and Walmart is really close, super big, and clean, also many restaurants close by …Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Great Rental!
This property was beautiful and huge. It was much more spacious than I expected. It had a fully stocked kitchen and extra blankets. The air conditioning worked great and there were ceiling fans everywhere. The amenities were also fantastic. The pool was huge and the clubhouse market was convenient! The owners responded quickly to emailed questions and the onsite manager was easy to get in contact with as well. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Great Comfy Stay
We have enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. The resort offered swimming pool game room and movie nights. The entire condo is an excellent place to stay comfy beds for all. It felt as though we never left home. Shipping & Restaurants were very close too include the Disney Parks. Over all we had placed smiles on our family faces, especially our 6 year old grandson his birthday Easter and 1st time ever on an airplane and Disney. Thank you for this excellent stay.

The condo was just as described spacious, clean and welcoming. The customer service I received from the host was excellent. She was quick to respond to my questions up until the last minute. It is in a central location so it didn’t take long to get to any of the parks.

Perfect Disney Location
The location is ideal for all of the Disney parks. Easy to navigate around. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4. Really clean and roomy. It had minimal supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent no cooking spices, etc) so plan to bring or purchase. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. There was a stroller and pack n play available for use. They are strict at the front gate so make sure all vehicles are registered beforehand. Easy to get in and out once we had a pass. I would definitely stay there again if we visit Disney again. So much better than the expensive Disney hotels.

We stayed for a week while we visited Disney World. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to any Disney properties and was a easy and direct route. The condo is beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities needed. We were a family of 4 adults, but it easily would accommodate children and even had portable crib, high chair

I wanted to love this property. It checked all the boxes on what we wanted. It was just really dirty inside. There were ants, even though we were good about getting the trash out daily. I even got the vacuum out and vacuumed a few times. The dust was just so thick. If you happened to look under the beds, it is filthy and the bed mattresses sag down to the floor. I liked the location. It was very close to Disney (10 minutes) and Universal. The kids liked the pool, it was super warm. I just couldn't wait to get home after this trip. Uncomfortable beds, pillows, etc.

Perfect for our family
Anna was amazing to work with. I had quite a few questions prior to arriving, and she provided friendly and helpful answers. The property is exactly as described and shown, and the pool and hot tub were great at the end of each day. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and roomy, and the property is very quiet. We went to Universal Studios, and to both coasts. We left the morning of hurricane Ian, but I have no doubt that Anna would’ve been in communication with us had we still been at her property during the storm. We will definitely be back, if we make the trip again!
