Warum dann nur 1 Stern? 1\. nachdem ich die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig für den Folgetag online über ein Buchungsportal fest und ohne Stornomöglichkeit gebucht habe, sollte ich noch online einchecken. Dabei wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Handtücher vorhanden sind und diese separat gebucht werden müssen.
