Our Expedia listing said we would have the entire apartment. When we arrived, the landlord said another guest would be using the apartment as well. Expedia resolved the issue but it took a couple hours on the phone and texting. Make sure you know what you are renting. The apartment is fine. Not high end but consistent with a college area. There is a full kitchen which we didn't use, one bath, 2 bedrooms. The WiFi and cable were intermittent while we were there. The landlord was quick to respond when I sent her a message. Lot's of parking in front of the unit, no road noise. There was quite a strong smell of weed in the hallway but the unit didn't smell.

This is great property - clean, nicely decorated, perfectly located for visits to Miami U. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
