AMAZING STAY!

Loved this property so much! We even had my yellow lab Moses with us and he loved laying on the balcony watching the ocean! Everything was just perfect and beautiful! The owners text me to make sure everything was good and let me know they were always available. I 100% recommend this condo and canā€™t wait to come back!

Another incredible stay!

This is our second trip to PCB, staying at this lovely property. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is incredible. Even members of our group who don't want to be in the water are still able to enjoy the breeze and view from the balcony. Jeff and Angela are wonderful hosts and are very responsive, and we love that we can bring our fur babies to enjoy the trip with us. This is our new favorite place to stay in Florida!

Awesome Ocean View!

This renovated and clean condo has the most amazing ocean views from all rooms with huge windows and sliding doors. The beach is quiet because it is private for this small condo building. We loved staying here, as it was quiet and relaxing as well as absolutely beautiful. If you bring a dog, be sure to check out the nearby PCB Conservation Parkā€”miles of trails for run/walk!

A Great Condo

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable, you wont go wrong with this rental. The balcony has a great view, we used the 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day, the beach was not crowded during our July stay. There are restaurants and groceries very close. There's a dog beach a few minutes down the road by the pier. I would rent this unit next time I go to PCB.

Not Your Average Beach Condo!

This condo is furnished like home, spotless, well stocked and with a breathtaking view. My sisters and I had a wonderful stay even with cloudy, rainy days - the large televisions helped :-). The complimentary chair and umbrella service made hanging out at the beach seamless. The decor in this unit is beautiful and the owners were incredibly helpful and available. We often stay at the beach and this condo ranks a 10!

Great property - no issues

Totally updated and lovely condo on quiet end of PCB. Two master suites- one with king - second with king & queen - large bedrooms & baths. Nice decor and great kitchen. Hair dryers, some staples left by previous guests kept us from having to buy everything. Nice that checkout is at 10:00 am. Canā€™t say enough! Would definitely stay in 402E again!

Beautiful condo with an Amazing View

We enjoyed our a relaxing stay! The condo was very nice with everything we needed. We loved the privacy of the balcony with the amazing view and sound of the ocean. We took our little dog and there is grass and a bin right in front of the condo with the added bonus of seeing the ocean as you walk. Parking is first come first serve either under the building or right by it. There are carts to use to head up the elevator, very convenient. This is a gem!

Absolutely awesome!!! The unit is just as described in the listing. We have vacationed at various beaches for many years. This unit is at the top of the list for cleanliness with updated furnishings and decor. It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in providing a great experience for their guests. Absolutely beautiful! It is a quiet location but still close to grocery and pharmacy if needed. And, just a very short drive to Pier Park. Highly recommended.

Itā€™s a lovely condo with most things you might need (except groceries). Do take additional toilet paper. Itā€™s clean and well-maintained. Good internet connection and responsive owner (needed help getting second parking tag). Only suggestion to owner is to replace bedding with better fitting sheets - too little and kept popping off! Also a table in front of the sofas for setting drinks would be nice. A list of recommended eateries might be nice as well. All in all, very nice accommodations!

What a dream!

This condo is absolute bliss! From the magnificent beach views that stretch the length of the condo to the beautifully appointed dĆ©cor, this condo has it all. You're situated on a tranquil private beach, and they even provide you with two beach chairs and an umbrella - all included. Sipping coffee on the balcony with that perfect view became our morning ritual. On windy days when swimming wasn't ideal, the pool was a peaceful alternative, and we never had elevator or parking hassles. We brought our pups with us and, while the beach right in front isn't for dogs, there's a dog-friendly beach nearby. Mine were satisfied with the balcony and the breeze in their faces. Plus, Jeff and Angela have already thought of everything, including couch covers in the living room for your pups to cozy up without worries. They go the extra mile to ensure your stay is impeccable, and this condo is spotless. As someone who's a bit of a germaphobe, I can assure you it's genuinely clean! If I had to name the dĆ©cor style, Iā€™d call it modern beachy luxe because everything has a beachy vibe to it, but with a lovely flair for design and with a really upscale feel to it. FYI, the beautiful beds in the 2nd master have footboards that slightly stick out between the beds. Slow down and donā€™t bump your leg like I did. We'll definitely return here again and again. There's no need to search for a better place. If you're seeking a week of pure paradise, your search ends here. Highly, highly recommended!

This was the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed at in 20 years of going to Panama. Beach was not crowded because there are no big condos next door. Condo owners were outstanding and communicated very well.
