"First and foremost, the owner (Ryan) was very, but not overwhelmingly, communicative. Expectations and information about the property were clearly established and provided upfront and that was much appreciated. The space is open yet cozy - kitchen/dining/living area are a functional open floor plan while the 2 bedrooms are sufficiently separated from the main spaces.
