“This property has tons of Amsterdam character. It is located within walking distance of Amsterdam Centraal and within the tourist canal areas. The room was comfortable and clean. My favorite part was the owners. They were extremely helpful with travel tips and so nice! We enjoyed this stay immensely.”

“Paul and Karen are very friendly, the place is super clean, they have cleaning service everyday.
The location is not bad, it's in the middle between city and airport, you can walk 5-7 mins to take tram to the city, and when you are leaving to the airport by uber it's very fast like half an hour.
There's a pantry where you can make coffee tea anytime, fridge, cereals and they even leave small cakes for you! Really sweet gesture :)
We stayed in the garden room, where you can see the nice cute……

“Great location. Room was clean and great space. Didn’t like that there was no view. It looked out into a wall just a few feet away which made room a little dark plus a couple lights were out. We had two towels which it would have been nice to have a couple extra. And no paper towels. All in all it fit our needs. Thank you for your place. ”

“What I always like to know from a review is, “would you stay there again?” Unfortunately, the answer for this property/listing is a “No.” We are an early/mid 50s couple who found this a bit to “rustic.” There was nothing overtly wrong with the space, it was just a bit more rustic than we imagined – sort of like an RV / Camping. "Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design.
