Perfect hotel at a great price!!

Although room was small but fairly normal by Paris standards, everything was adequate and quite for the of us. Staff was amazing and room was nicely touched up and filled amenities daily. Location is fantastic tons of shopping and cafes, restaurant choices as well as many Metro stops (subway) within a block or 2 .very safe area and would highly recommend!!

Perfect stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and the facilities such as Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, free drinks and snacks were a lovely unexpected bonus. Lovely Location for a Weekend Stay

Lovely hotel, great location in Paris. Very easy to get around the city as close to a lot of metros. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice room very clean. Would happily stay here again

Great stay at Folkestone Hotel

The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and although a bit small gad plenty cupboard space. My room had a bath (with shower head for anyone wanting to shower). The front office area is clean and spacious.

What a wonderful hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby it was a great experience. The team was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was the perfect size; and well decorated, comfortable and clean. It is located in an excellent location for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return should we return to Paris. I can’t say enough good things about the Folkstone Opera Hotel!

Staff was wonderful. Bath tub looked like it had been painted and was chipping so we never got to take a bath, the floor was stained and the bedding had someone else's hair between the top sheet and fitted sheet. It's a convenient location for walking around Paris.

One of the most beautiful hotels in the most beautiful, luxurious and safe area of Paris. It is my favourite hotel every time I visit Paris. The breakfast buffet has many options and the staff is admirable in terms of hospitaly. I would especially like to thank Farouk at the reception desk. If you want to stay in a hotel that is both stylish, beautiful and in a safe location with excellent decoration and breakfast, folkestone should be your only choice. In terms of location, it's near the monuments and the metro station. Thank you for everything, it was a pleasure.

Meh. Not good, not bad. It was just a place to sleep so checked the box. It is older and needs a good paint but it was clean and the location was great.

We asked to have the room with balcony (terrace), but didn't get one. Got no Gold Member preferences. Otherwise we liked the hotel and location, reception staff was very helpful - they printed boarding passes for us for our return flight and ordered taxi on request. Room was big enough and very clean. Cleaning ladies did great job, though not always on time. Will be happy to recommend Folkestone Opera for travelers.
