I loved my hotel because it’s in the middle of everywhere and I feel safe. This is my third time staying there, this time I got a nice room with a small balcony which was an added bonus for my birthday. The staff is excellent and are available for your needs. Loved room service as well.

Nice hotel and lovely staff. Note that you have to walk up some steps to take the lift, meaning you have to lug your suitcase up. The rooms are very small. Centrally located close to Opera station

Hotel is very nice, all staff is very friendly and helpful,service is very professional and excellent! My daughter and my wife stayed there for 4 days and the hotel provided excellent service especially my daughter is handicapped physically. The hotel all staff help her and all they can! Hotel food is very good and everything is amazing!

This was an exceptional stay I will remember for a long time! Initially , the hotel could not see our reservation but we got our desired room and the staff aorted out all the discrepancies directly with Expedia so we really never felt that there was a hiccup. The staff has been incredible! From the reception to the kitchen and waiting staff in all the restaurants (yes, we tried them all), beach staff and the buggy boys, everyone has been beyond hospitable, welcoming, warm and always going out of their way to help even with things that aren’t in the description of their job (based on personal experience as well as observing their interaction with other guests). Exceptional hospitality team! Overall the facility is amazing! Beautiful, very spacious high end rooms with so many thoughtful details such as separate seating area, large balcony, with table and chairs as well as sun lounges, unlimited mini bar, Bulgari bathroom products . Additional perks such as toothbrush with marvis tooth paste, shower scrub, shaving kit erc already in the bathroom - no need to ask for it! Some additional impressive details include: thin Turkish cotton beach towels much more comfortable for after swimming). wide beach lounges with their own cotton covers (comfy and more hygienic), shallow nonslip steps to get in and out of the water (much more comfortable and safer for elderly, safety handles with nonslip track tow water acces directly from the beach. Overall, exceptional 10/10 stay!

Staff especially concierge very helpful professionals and friendly. Room service team was also great. But the front office check in experience was horrid for me. Room was stuffy and smelly, pillows looked like they had not been washed for years and so so much noise outside it was difficult to get a good night sleep. Not staying there ever again no matter how “prestigious” the name sounds

Rooms were beautiful and a good size for Paris central location. We had a connecting room which was great for our family. Rooms very clean hotel is gorgeous, staff were helpful and friendly location is perfect. We were all sad to leave to know that we will definitely be back soon, so much more left to explore in Paris! The good: * Unbeatable central location between the Opera and Place Vendome on Rue de la Paix. Walkable to some attractions. * Friendly staff, very helpful. There was some confusion with our reservation halfway through our stay, and the front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate and fix the issue. Huge thanks! * Lots of upscale shopping right at your doorstep - the hotel is in the Cartier building, and every possible luxury brand is a stones throw away - De Beers, LV, Chanel, Dior, Omega, Rolex, Jaeger, Moncler, Celine, Gucci, etc. The bad: * Breakfast is not included. * Hotel is quite pricey. Agreed that they are in a hip location, but still you’re paying in EUR and it is very pricey. * We felt the mattresses were too soft, did not sleep well. We love the former mattresses at the Marriotts and Westins. This was too soft for us.

Westminster hotel has been my first choice for the last few years - service is always immaculate. Staff always very professional, polite and know how to make you feel special. The location is without doubt a great asset but hotel itself is pure joy every time I stay there.

This hotel has very special memories for me. I last stayed here 40 years ago, and returning felt meaningful. The staff could not have been nicer. They welcomed me with a thoughtful little gift, and whenever there was any small mistake, they apologized graciously and handled it properly. I love the hotel, the location, and the atmosphere. The staff is truly outstanding. My only caution is the mattress. It was extremely soft, and after sleeping on it, my neck and back were really bothering me. Before booking, I would suggest asking about the bed or mattress firmness. Other than that, I have great affection for this hotel and would happily return with a better mattress 😁
