Welcome to our charming 70m2 apartment located in the heart of the Marais, a stone's throw from the magnificent Place des Vosges. Nestled on the first floor of a typically Parisian building with elevator, our apartment offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and authenticity.

A brilliant location in the Marais!Unfortunately marred by an inaccurate listing: - The listing shows that there is an elevator. There is not! (My wife suffers from Muscular Dystrophy and cannot climb stairs. So this wasn't a minor inconvenience!)- The listing says the apartment is air-conditioned - no AC in the bedroom during a heat-wave!My advice would be to avoid any listing managed by Studio Prestige - they can't be trusted!
