Located off Highway 40 on the Jordanelle Reservoir, this 2BR/2BA condo has been newly remodeled with new appliances, and wood flooring throughout the living area and new carpet in the bedrooms. With spectacular views from throughout of world class Deer Valley Ski Resort's Bald Mountain and the new Mayflower Resort(still in progress), the condo is a short 5 minute drive to the Deer Valley Gondola where you can check your skis and poles overnight for FREE!

Full kitchen features new side by side Stainless refrigerator with ice and water on the door, new dishwasher and glass top stove with oven.

A gas fireplace, full size kitchen, large dining table, full size washer and dryer, garage parking, and a full balcony with grill make vacationing with friends and family more flexible and comfortable!

The club house has a full size pool table, large screen tv, and a full scale fitness room equipped with free weights, weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals and tv. Behind the clubhouse are the outdoor swimming pool with hot tub. These are all within a few step of the condo and offer great mountain views as you soak and socialize after a long day of skiing or other activities. The clubhouse and pool areas require a code for entry.

Five Star dining opportunities abound in Heber City and Park City where the Sundance Film Festival is hosted annually in January. If skiing is not your thing, there is snowmobiling, ice skating, shopping, and tubing within minutes of the condo. Full size kitchen, washer and dryer make vacationing with a group more flexible and comfortable!

Fun ski weekend!
We had a great time staying here for our trip to Park City. It was easy to get into town and to the resorts. We also easily got Ubers we just had to wait a little bit. The place is clean and had everything we could have needed. The beds are comfy as well. I'd recommend this place as a cozy ski getaway.

The property was exceptionally equipped with everything one would need. Quite location and very convenient. The only negative was the internet was extremely slow and dropped calls at times. This is not the problem of the owner just the provider which we know the owner has no control over. WE really enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Sweet spot for a girls ski trip!
Two girlfriends and I were supposed to be in Park City for the Sundance Film Festival and to ski. When the festival was cancelled due to covid, we turned it into strictly a girls ski trip and vacation. We primarily spent our time skiing Deer Valley and eating and shopping on Main Street in Park City. All of these locations are about a 15-20 min drive which we were fine with. The condo is well appointed and super cozy - the beds all gave us a restful nights sleep for big ski days. We cooked at home and were happy with all of the kitchen amenities. The owners are super nice and responsive. I would add that this seems like an excellent location for a summer stay too and would love to return!

Condo was very clean, sheets and towels were Comfortable and plentiful. Good value for the price. If you want to upgrade pots and pans and get a Knife that is sharp that would be great Also letting the guest know they need to bring own shampoo and bar soap would be nice Coffee pot needs a decalcifying and flashes clean and would make it taste better and brew Faster thanks

Great week of skiing and snow adventure
It was a great week and Cathy was an excellent and attentive host. We stayed in the same condos 2 years ago and the location is fantastic to ski st Deer Valley. Adventure Haus ski rental right there and the Jordanele gondola less than 2 miles away with overnight free checking your gear. We will almost certainly be back. Also, Cathy was a great host. We had a few things to communicate on upon arrival and during the week and she was fantastic- quick to respond and made our stay great.

Great Location; Great Value
As a frequent visitor to the Park City area but one with lodging usually provided, I had to go the VRBO route this trip. I knew this area from previous visits and if your aim is to have quick access to the three big resorts, this is as good a location as any. It is literally 5 minutes from the Deer Valley gondola and it's access to the highway allows you an easy trip to Park City and also Canyons. Plus you are just a 10 minute drive from some great restaurants (and golf in the summer) located in Heber City and Midway. If your aim is to be in the heart of Park City...then this unit is not for you. It is a compact unit but has all the amenities and works well for 2 adults + 2 kids. Great washer/dryer in the unit and the garage is a big plus on cold days or evenings. Looks to be recently renovated as the interior looks more modern than the building's exterior. Our host was easily accessible and very helpful A great choice summer or winter.

This was a perfect condo for my son and me. Close to Deer Valley gondola and Highway 40, which gave us easy access to other ski resorts as well. Condo was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very helpful prior to our arrival.

Great trip
Nice place, clean, owner had everything there we needed. We only ate out once due to the hassle with the virus and the cooking accommodations worked out fine. Only slight downside is you have to drive to ski but worth it overall.

It doesn’t get better than this!
We are so fortunate that our original rental property cancelled on us, because we were able to stay in Cathy’s fabulous condo. First, the location is spectacular! The gondola is a 5 minute ride away from the condo, an easy drop off or pick up location (free parking too). Additionally, the condo is easy access to Park City and Heber City for great restaurant options. Second, the condo is FULLY stocked! I love the fact that I didn’t need to purchase a box of 200 baggies b/c they were there! A nicely stocked spice rack and even shampoo etc in the condo. The sheets are fabulous ( I’m kind of a sheet snob) and there are ample towels and other supplies available! I loved the fact that there were throw blankets in the living room to get cozy and watch a movie or curl up w a book. Third, the condo has plenty of space and I really like the layout. The bedrooms are away from each other and the living area w kitchen and dining are optimized for space. We enjoyed the gas grill right on the balcony and used it several times. Additionally, having indoor parking was a huge bonus! Finally, Cathy was absolutely fabulous to work with. I was in contact with her a few times and she was responsive and very flexible. She sent a great list of her favorite restaurants that were really enjoyed! Our plans changed a few times b/c of the corona virus outbreak unfolding during our visit. I am so appreciative of her working through things with me! Thank you so much! PS. Bonus, we saw the resident owl right near the condo and even saw a moose in the neighborhood!

Perfect! Beautiful condo, views, location, near nature and Deer Valley!
We loved this condo. It was beautifully furnished and the views from every window was just pure nature. The proximity to the Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola was perfect--less than five minutes and easy parking every time. We also loved the hot tub and underground parking. Everything worked beautifully including the internet, easy check-in, wifi, etc. Kitchen was well-stocked. We will be back!

One of our most memorable family vacations!
We recently returned from a magical winter vacation, skiing in Deer Valley and Park City. My family cannot stop talking about what a great time we had. We've been skiing several times before, but this was our first trip to Deer Valley. This was, by far, the best experience we've ever had. One of the key factors that made this vacation so memorable was this property where we stayed. The owner, Cathy, was incredibly helpful. She promptly answered all of our questions leading up to the trip and was kind enough to put together a list of fun activities and great restaurants in the area. As for the property itself....wow!! It was wonderful to spend the entire day skiing and then come back and warm up next to the cozy fireplace (which literally turns on at the flip of a switch). The property was clean, well-maintained and suited our family of 4 perfectly. It was well stocked with the usual necessities (trash bags, paper towels, bath tissue, etc.). The kitchen has everything you need; including an electric tea kettle which came in quite handy to mix a hot Jagertee to warm up once we returned from skiing. Being able to park in the garage was a huge benefit, especially given the amount of snow. The property location was one of my favorite things. We drove in at night so I didn't realize how beautiful the area was until the next morning. Situated next to the Jordanelle Reservoir, the mountain views were amazing. For skiing, it was absolutely perfect. A short 4-5 minute drive to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Express Gondola. Park the car, gear up, catch a ride up and you're skiing, literally in a matter of minutes. When you're done for the day, you can either ski back down or simply ride the gondola back, load up the car and away you go. It was the most convenient skiing we've ever done. But both Deer Valley and Park City are just a short drive away if you prefer that option instead. And the roads were incredibly well maintained, given the amount of snow there was. We couldn't believe how easy it was to get around the area. I'm sure that I'm forgetting some other great things we experienced while staying at this wonderful property. Just trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed. We're already talking about when our next trip should be.

Cutest place! Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Being able to park in the garage was a great bonus! We didn’t have to clean the snow off our car every morning. The hot tub in the complex was the perfect thing we needed to relax after a long day of skiing! Incredible views of the mountains from our building. Kitchen has anything that you could possibly need. 10-15 mins from park city. Less than 5 mins to deer valley. Very clean. Cathy made this part of our trip very easy! :)

Wonderful Condo with easy access to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts
From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Cathy has done an amazing job providing all of the essentials for her guests. We had plenty of snow while visiting and enjoyed the beautiful views from the condo. It was an easy drive to both Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts. We really looked forward to returning to the condo each day after skiing to relax, sit by the fire and enjoy a home cooked meal. I had several questions before we arrived and Cathy was very prompt and helpful in answering them. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place!

The IDEAL Utah Skiing or Sundance Getaway
Whether sipping wine by the cozy fireplace, preparing meals in the state of the art kitchen, staring off at the beautiful snow vistas from the comfy couch or just resting in one the relaxing bedrooms, Cathy's inviting home felt like it was our own. It was such a quick and easy commute to Park City and it was central to great restaurants and markets. Thanks Cathy for providing such a warm, clean and welcoming atmosphere during our time in Utah. We would return again and again and AGAIN. What a bargain for such luxury.
