"The hotel is in a convenient location for walking to Times Square or accessing the subway. The air conditioning was good. The hotel offered free breakfast, but there were so many people down in the very small area that it was very difficult to access any of the food and we ended up leaving without anything. Our door would not open with the key (despite a green light) and were informed after we returned to the front desk that the handle had to be turned upward on some rooms. This should be communicated upon check in. "
