"Family trip had 3 rooms under my name they wanted me to pay over 1,700 deposit fees for all three rooms they took it down to 1,200\. Still crazy!!! Room 1806 was not cleaned bathroom was terrible hair everywhere "

"Friendly staff, clean room and daily housekeeping. Comfortable bed. Air con. I would have liked a kettle but that’s a personal preference and not a big issue. The hotel was very central. It was walking distance to the Rockefeller Centre, Grand Central Station, 5th Avenue, Broadway, Empire State Building, Bryant Park and Central Park. "
