“It was a great stay, and the kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood, with a cute little fenced in back yard! The shower was amazing, and the house is good sized! The owner was absolutely amazing, and super friendly! Answered all my questions quickly. Overall the place was great, and a great place for a family getaway! Thank you so much for opening your home to our family!”

“When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay……

“The owner Keith is a great guy! The property is clean and has a nice walking location in the town of Warwick. A parking spot is reserved right outside the property. ”

“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is……

“Very clean, nicely-appointed cottage next to owner’s home—quiet, attractive, saw lots of wildlife but pool was not yet open—pool area was great though and all in all, we were thrilled with this perfect little hideaway!”

“This place is very comfortable and clean.Very convenient to travel to NY.Host response was quick an very accommodative.”

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……

“It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.”

“Great stay - host was very communicative and the home was carefully appointed with everything for a very comfortable stay. Clean as a whistle, spacious, and the view of the lake was perfect - just what we wanted. Hope to visit here again!”
