“The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”

“a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for……

“Impressive apartment. The views were spectacular a view from every room and even a bathroom! Host was available and accomodated our arrival and departure needs.The rooftop lounge provided a 360 degrees view of NYC. Highly recommend and will return!(If you have a car, garage rates are through the roof. Read every fine detail or you could pay more for parking than what you pay for the apartment. Being ex-New Yorker's we knew to park by the police station and read the signs all around to make sure……
