The hotel is nice enough. The lounge by reception is well-appointed and comfortable and serves as a good meeting place with friends. The rooms were large enough and the beds comfortable. The furniture and bathroom appointments are dated, but functional. We did not use the pool but did spend time in the casino (smokers will be happy, us non-smokers will choose to play elsewhere).
We had a few drinks in a bar outside the casino, but in the resort. Nice bar. Expensive drinks. We wanted to eat late and found nothing open in the resort so we ended up going off property and discovered an entertainment area very nearby with everything we want in a short vacation - including a nicer, newer, less expensive and non-smoking hotel.
Again, an OK hotel/resort but one to which I will not return.
