"Our family had the most wonderful stay (again!!) at the cottage. The house is super comfortable and impeccably clean. If you need it Caitlin has probably thought of it and has it at the house. The lake is super clear and the gradual walkout is such a plus. Love the sandy bottom. Caitlin is amazing! She’s super responsive if needed but gives you privacy otherwise. You couldn’t ask for a better host. The house is so convenient to Waupaca so you can easily pop over to Little Fat Gretchen’s for breakfast/lunch and shop downtown for lots of wonderful things. One year I hope we’re in town for the numerous activities Waupaca seems to host during the summer. It really doesn’t get better than this. It’s a little slice of heaven and I hope we get the chance to stay here every year for years to come. "
"The cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. There was a fry pan which should be thrown out though. Check in was easy. Liked all the equipment for the lake( kayaks and paddleboard). The dock is quite wobbly. Overall, enjoyed it very much. Sunsets were beautiful! "

"We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was just as described in the listing which made it easy to plan for our stay. The home is very comfortable with lots of room to spread out even with a large group of 14 which is unique. We really enjoyed the home and the property and had a great time visiting nearby Waupaca and Stevens Point. "

"We had a fun and relaxing stay at this cozy cottage. The lake was beautiful. We floated on paddle boards, took out our kayaks, fished, and sat on tubes and floated around on the hot days. We liked the peddle boat also. The cottage had plenty of outdoor chairs that we used to watch great fireworks from the neighbors nearby, the activity on the lake, sit around the campfire and picnic outside. Inside had all we needed for the few days we stayed, and comfortable beds. Store was nearby and The food and atmosphere at The Trading Post was great! We didn't leave much because the Lake was the reason we came and we weren't disappointed by all the activity on the lake. Thanks for letting us stay! "

"We loved the property. The deck that overlooks the lake wS wonderful. We spent a lot of time with activities there. The house was well stocked with everything we needed & the hot tub was a special plus to the stay. We enjoyed the area. We are planning to return again."
"This was a perfect home for a family get away. Plenty of sleeping space with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Being right on the water with access to kayaks was such a bonus. The view was amazing! We had a wonderful campfire (and s'mores bar) in the evening and having enough chairs for everyone was so nice. Close to the Crystal River Tubing where we had an excellent time."

"We enjoyed swimming, boating, fishing, yard games, game room, food, and family time. The house was the perfect size for our party of 14 of various ages. It was great having it close to the lake so we could enjoy that. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. Easy check in and check out."

"The home greeted us on a warm afternoon and we found the two-bedroom accommodations to a be a spacious, inviting,warmly decorated, comfortable home. Unlike cold motel rooms, this place had a lived-in feel that reflected the pride and love Jannifer, the host, provided. That evening the rising moon slowly smothered a sea of stars that captivated our attention and filled the night with a marvelous glow. The peace and silence of the place was only interrupted by the sounds of fish splashing the the lake or birds and night critters moving about. A perfect getaway."
