"Monica and Rose always know how to meet and greet the public and make my mom and I feel welcome. It is so very nice to be able to approach the front desk and not be given a stuck up nose twitch from a not so nice person. "

"Room was very clean and very spacious. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and small stove eye. Everything you needed as far as utensils and plateware was included. Pool onsite with a gazebo with grills and tables. 24hr coffee downstairs. Hotel is also pet friendly which we didn’t realize and were pretty bummed that we could have brought out bestest boy. Location was safe and super close to restaurants, stores etc. There was even a super nice Top Golf about a 1/4 mile down on the same road. Easy commute to UCF for the football game. This was our first time staying at an IHG branded suites hotel, we’ve stayed at Hilton branded ones a few times but I will say I will definitely use this hotel when we’re back in the area and look at other Candlwood Suites when we travel elsewhere. "
