While the property 'looked nice', the operation was lacking. A couple got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes, and the noisy complaint process escalated to the point of hearing it at the end rooms in the hall way. Sound proofing was not good enough to block a young family's activities noise next door. How about giving those families an end room?. Orange juice dispenser was out, and the front desk was aware. Who's minding the store? Good facility, but not exceptional.

Mountain biked there. Trails were good and very technical. Lake water was very high due to all the rain. Be wary of ticks and poison ivy.
