"Bruce was very communicative - proactively and quick to answer any questions I had. The property was just as described. It was a great homebase for us and was centrally located for us and within easy walking distance to the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs and towel clips which was wonderful since we flew in. Shower was 10/10! "

"The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. The property is a bit older and it shows, but nothing was a problem. The host was easy to communicate with and work with. This property is great for larger groups.The only nit-picky item that we had was that the fridge and freezer and the floors were a little unclean upon checkin. Nothing major, just small spills in the fridge/freezer that had not been cleaned, and sand everywhere on the floors (it's right by the beach, so there's going to be sand everywhere :D). We easily cleaned these up during our stay, and they didn't detract from our experience."

The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach or the main strip in Ocean Beach. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! "
"Property was just what we needed close to the beach /dog beach and rooms. The bottom room is basically its own tiny apartment which was great for our teens. Only side note i would add is that some inside doors was a little struggle to lock but not a major issue as a family. The host was also super kind enough to order some utensils since we did jot have enough. "

"This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more "

"Our group of 7 (including young adults and teens) had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The teens especially loved having their own suite on the lower level. The home itself was full of fun touches and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite features was the rooftop deck which was perfect for watching SeaWorld’s fireworks at night and soaking in the ocean views. Having a bathroom on every level was a big plus, especially with a larger group.The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants (OB NoodleHouse was a favorite) and shops. We made the most of our time here and honestly didn’t want to leave.Already dreaming about coming back! "
"This property is perfect for families, friends, and large groups with 4 bdrm 3 bath in main house and 2 bdrm 1 bath in lower back house. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked with dishes. Family games provided that we used connect 4 and tic tac toe. We brought out Monopoly, but didnt get time to play. Few minutes drive to the beach and SeaWorld. 20 min to San Diego Zoo, 40min to Legoland. Unobstructed view of SeaWorld fireworks at night. If airplane noise bother you, it could be a problem as the airport is near and planes fly over all day and into the night. Would recommend and would definitely stay again."

"The location was beyond perfect! It is literally right on the beach. We walked over to the beach everyday with just our bare feet! The condo is small. There was four of us and once my sons get a bit bigger it will be too small for us but it was perfect at this point. The condo is stocked with everything you need. We cooked breakfast and lunch there and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, boogie board and sand toys we awesome so we didn’t have to rent anything. Would absolutely book this place again. "
