8.8/10 Excellent! (489 reviews)

Room was pretty basic. Cracked bathroom sink, one garbage can for entire room. Very noisy HVAC system that kept us up at night and tv was maybe a 20". Definitely needs some TLC and updating but staff were very nice.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)

Best spot in Kelowna. Very spacious and doesn’t feel like a “hotel.” Feels like a second home! Great job to all hotel staff! Will definitely be booking again!
