“Rooms were not clean. Pillows were dingy & assorted like ppl were swapping their crap pillow for the hotels pillows in both rooms. No pillow cases in 1 of the rooms. Sheets piled on the couch in lobby. Coffee machine out of order. Outdoor light annoyingly flickering. Staff was unprepared for guests. Took over 40 minutes to get room. Outdoor access to the building was not locked.at night. Toilet space was tight & very small.”
