"This was a great property for our group of 17 friends, including several couples, to meet during the summer. The house has two large upper-unit patios, and an additional lower-unit patio. The 17 of us comfortably grilled, ate meals, and sat in chairs together on one of the large upper-unit patios. The house has everything our large group needed including sufficient bathrooms, a multi-device phone charger, and plenty of kitchen and pantry space. You step outside to move from the larger upper-unit to the smaller lower-unit, but that was not any issue for us at all. Next to its big open kitchen, the upper-unit has a spacious living room with adjoining dining area. This was a great place for our group of 17 to play games, or just "hang out" all together, in one combined and open indoor area. We would definitely recommend this house to any big group like ours.
