“We wish we had a washer and dryer in the apartment. The living room couch was very uncomfortable. But overall thank you for letting us rent. Note: there was no dishwasher soap here except for one run. We did rinse the dishes as we left but they will need soap added to another run.”

“Nice clean apartment, pictures are accurate. Kitchen has all the basics you might need. Just right for two people. The door lock was new to me – all dark until you cover it with your hand, then the numbers light up. Worked just fine for me. This is an upstairs apartment, and the stairwell is a bit narrow. Quiet complex, I did not hear any of the neighbors during my stay. I thought the bed was a little soft. Easy walking distance to Uptown. It took me 15-20 minutes to get to the pretty parts of……

“Everything went very smoothly. Electronic code lock so we didn't have to worry about misplacing the key. It looked like a brand new house inside, with beautiful decor, nice new appliances, and a very comfortable bed in the bedroom. I'm not sure about the sofa bed because my teenage daughter slept on it, but she slept well. The big coffee table in the way made it difficult to get the sofa bed set up, but this place is perfect for a couple who just needs the sofa for a sofa and not a second……
