"Incredible stay - the room was gorgeous, big, clean. The breakfast was delicious and the spread was extensive. It was close to Pacifico Yokohama for our conference, within walking distance. Also within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. I would return."

"Hotel room and staff was excellent. But if your room is facing train track you might not be able to sleep well even though hotel provide complimentary ear plug. Expedia website also did not update on the train track noise when I confirm my booking. Overall staff service was excellent. Buffet breakfast variety was good except 2 issue, baked fish slice have lot of bones and singapore laksa taste non authentic. Better to get singapore ready make laksa sauce pack to create actual taste of singapore laksa."
"This hotel was right next to the metro with an entrance right outside the door and all the sights I wanted to see were within walking distance. Also, just one stop from Yokohama station where you can change lines and get dropped right off at Haneda airport. Initially, I saw the building with the hotel name on it but was having a little trouble finding the entrance because I was looking along the street side. I didn’t see the little sign that said it was around the corner between a walkway. Other than that, it was perfect. Staff was friendly and room was clean and a pretty decent size for the area. Like other hotels, they had a table full of toiletries, but definitely went above and beyond offering multiple types of tea, bath bombs, and even face sheet masks which I definitely took advantage of. I had quite a bit of laundry to do and their washing machines were the best I’ve seen at any hotel. They had a few settings, but the basic was wash (no need for detergent, it dispensed its own) and dry for a total of 2 hours. No need to go back and forth putting it in the dryer. Also, after you pay, it asks you to put a code in so that no one can touch your clothes or mess up your cycle. And….you can pay with your Suica card. On the ground floor, there was a little grocery store, as well that connected to the entrance of the hotel. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend. "
