"Overall we had a great time at this hotel. We booked it with an all inclusive package. The pools are spectacular and span the entire property. Great service from staff. The one thing we were a bit surprised by was that the beach in the hotel is a reef so unless snorkelling not really an area to stay and float in the ocean. Other oceans nearby however they are not associated with the all inclusive package so if you leave you lose your benefits. Rooms are very nice but walls are very thing so can hear cars passing/chatting in hallways. "

"The staff at this hotel were all amazing, helpful, and kind. The location is right across from patong beach which was very convenient, as well as there were lots of taxis available just outside the hotel. The deluxe room with the separate bedroom was so great and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only problem with the room was that the AC in the bedroom was leaking quite a lot at some times, but the other AC in the kitchen worked fine. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the willingness to help from all the staff. "

"We had a lovely stay at La Vintage Resort - the rooms were spacious with great air conditioning, water bottles and a mini bar fridge which we appreciated. We had interconnecting rooms for our family of 4 which we loved. Staff at the bar and restaurant were lovely, especially Sky, and we loved the variety at breakfast (and looked forward to Sky's special drink of the day). Area surrounding was very walkable, close to Bangla Rd and Patong Beach but still quiet in the rooms at the back of the hotel (tower 3). Will definitely return when we're in Phuket next "

"This property is in close proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants and within walking distance. This location is not a quiet place so if you’re looking for peace and quiet try further away from all the action. "

"Loved everything about the BYD particularly the staff. It’s in a lovely quiet part of Patong but close to everything. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast is also good. There is also great massage places all around. Easy walk to the beach. This is our second stay. The rooms are lovely and big and the TV has all the streaming services. I highly recommend the BYD - you won’t be disappointed."

"It was our first tike here in Thailand and we loved everything in the hotel. All the amenities were amazing. The food at the buffet was amazing, the staff was very friendly. There was this girl named Sam when you check into the buffet she was amazing. So Helpful and friendly. Our flight didnt leave until nightime and they have a lounge where you can relax and shower. Overall, I would stay here again. I would give this hotel a 10 star rating "

"A Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of Patong Impiana is the perfect escape from the chaos of busy Patong. The moment you step into the lobby, serenity takes over — from the calming decor and soothing music to the beautiful view of the gardens and ocean through the lobby. We stayed in a Superior Oceanview room, and it was well worth it. The pool was just outside our door, with the beach and ocean just beyond — a rare and priceless find in Patong. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure bliss. The location is ideal: walking distance to all the hotspots, yet quiet and peaceful. Despite being near Bangla Road, we heard no street or party noise. The Beach Bar was a highlight, especially during happy hour with poolside service. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and set us up perfectly for the day. We did experience a few issues with our air conditioner, but the staff responded quickly each time. The delay in repairs was due to the contractor, not the hotel, and it was resolved. Overall, a fantastic stay — peaceful, convenient, and memorable. We’ll definitely return."

"The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to food, entertainment, beach + easy transportation options. Great internet access. Amazing views of Patong Beach and the mountains. The rooftop pool was a major plus. If I had a complaint, the bed could be softer. It was rock hard for me."
