“The suite was clean and the bed comfortable. For our purposes, there was everything we needed in the kitchen for food prep. This said, both the suite and grounds could do with a bit of TLC. The lighting was poor, making the suite really dark. It was a challenge using the bathroom mirror to apply make-up. Lastly, it would be a nice touch to have a small welcome note and perhaps a couple of bottles of water. ”

“Great amenities, pools, sauna, mini golf, basketball,... Kids were never bored. Residents of the complex were extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. We didn't feel like because we are short term renters the long term Residents would be awful to us. Everything was great.”

“Clean place, we'll looked after - felt more like a home away from home. West Kelowna is not my first choice when in the Okanagan, but the overall relaxing vibe of the unit and facilities helped make up for it. Host communicates well, everything was described well and my opinions seem to mirror others that have reviewed this place. I would certainly come back, my only suggestion is facecloths and pool towels (lol) - perhaps I missed them. Thank you for the great stay, we will certainly be back.”

“From the moment we walked in, we were surprised at the spaciousness and size of the rooms and the pool table from there it goes downhill. The kitchen has only a bar fridge no stove no hot plate no air fryer only a microwave. Card table and chairs very uncomfortable to sit at and wobbly table. There was a lack of heat and hot water and low water pressure in the shower that only seemed to improve marginally after speaking to the owner. Lack of privacy. NO DOOR SEPARATING THE SUITE FROM THE……

We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio and being able to see the beautiful view, especially as the sun set and all the lights became visible across the lake. The suite was clean, spacious, and met all of our needs easily. Summer was attentive, very communicative, and very friendly. Highly recommended.”
