"The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby."

"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"

"Loved my stay. Staff were kind and thorough. Bartenders and servers were the absolute best! My only concern was the shower pressure and damage from the shower on the wall. Otherwise the room was flawless. I was room 4019"

"Breakfast selection was good. Hot food quality needs improving. Good selection but flavourless. Rooms and site is very clean. "

"Everything was great. Kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary cooking equipment. Bed was firm and very comfy. Parking right in front of my doir. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Rates were very resonable. I would definately stay again!"
