The room was spotless, bed comfortable, and everything was in good order and they anticipated our needs right up to including toothbrush and toothpaste! The only thing that was difficult is they have two steps leading to room. Made it difficult for older or handicap access. Over all we would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone stopping in Pendleton. It was clean and the front desk staff was nice. We were able to walk to downtown Pendleton for dinner and drinks. The ONLY downside was all the noise, from the street, from the water running next door, etc... but you're bound to get thin walls in a hotel like this.
