Great Condo

Very well kept property, the view was stunning, the terrace outside your sliding doors enjoyable and convenient. The restaurants across the street were great with tasty food. Loved the location.

I loved the condo. Right on the beach. The condo was perfect for my Mom and me. Had all the kitchen accessories you needed. Nice king size bed that was so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Our Baby Moon!!

My husband and I stayed here for our last little get away before we have our baby boy!! It was the perfect place to stay for a weekend at the beach. The view of the ocean on the balcony couldn’t have been better. We will definitely coming back in the future.

The view was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had very thing you needed. If I was going to say anything negative I personally didn’t like all the mirrors especially the mirrored shower. I would totally stay here again.

AMAZING

This was our 2nd time to stay. We love the location, because its so convenient to many restrauants.We really enjoyed it. Its not too big not too small. Just the right size for 2. We feel very safe there , we like the security steps in place there. Private, mostly quiet. Owner was very easy to work with, communicated well with us. We will definitely be back again.

Very Nice Condo. Great Gulf Views. Unique Amenities.

This was our first stay at Perdido Sun, and it did not disappoint. Very nice condo, great balcony views of the gulf, directly on the beach. Although we did not use it, the indoor pool for swimming in cooler weather is a nice feature, as is the extra (more-than-one-car) offsite car parking that my daughter's family took advantage of when they came to visit us for a day at the beach. Both these features seem to be unique, and appreciated. Perdido Beach is much quieter than Pensacola Beach, yet there are ample places to shop at eat, and you are still close to downtown Pensacola.

Wonderful!

From the beginning our host has been spectacular! This was our first time coming to Perdido. We usually go to Destin but was wanting something less busy and more relaxed and this was spot on! The view is spectacular, the condo is clean, well furnished with the necessities, and the bed is so comfortable. This is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. The indoor heated pool is an added bonus for the cooler days as well. 10 OUT OF 10! We will be back!

Very nice condominium building

We’ve been coming to this area for a number of years now, it always such a nice place to spend a few weeks to unplug and recharge. We normally stay in different condos each year so this was our first year at Perdido Sun. We found the facilities to be extremely clean and well managed not to mention it was very quiet and that’s something that we value. The pool is cleaned every single morning as is the outdoor hot tub and the indoor swimming pool as well. The fitness center is extremely clean and all the machines perform exactly as they were intended to. Overall, we had a great two weeks stay and we really didn’t find any downside. The property managers even made an effort to send us an email to let us know the approximate time of the arrival of the Blue Angels and I thought that was a very nice personal touch. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo. It is in a great location, and was very clean and comfortable. The owner was so easy to work with. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony with several dolphin sightings! The beach was not crowded and we sure enjoyed and appreciated having the use of the owners beach chairs!

Gorgeous view from 8th floor!!

Very pleased with this condo, clean, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable bed, quiet complex, easy check in/out, front desk clerk recommended restaurants, convenient to major grocery stores/walmart, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella and toys, host is super nice guy and responds quickly, pools, hot tub, and small gym. Close to beach, with option of rental chairs and umbrella. We like that the location is inbetween orange beach and pensacola beach.
