This tower features the luxury of a full view of the Gulf with no interruptions, pools located at tower 2 and tower 3, which provides a more peaceful setting but just a few steps to the amenities. The master bedroom features a NEW king size bed, new flooring, a desk to take care of business if needed while away, television, access to the units private balcony, and a master bathroom that has a jetted tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 NEW full size beds and a TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances to prepare a home cooked meal. The dining room sits 6 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar. Living room has a comfortable sectional sofa with a queen size sofa sleeper for extra bedding, new Lazy-boy recliner and decor, TV, & DVD player. A beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the unit's balcony that sits off of the living room, this view can be seen from the dining area as well as the kitchen! All units include a full size washer and dryer, cable television, and WiFi. Please no smoking or pets allowed on property.
