The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the north end of Skaha Lake, one minute walk to the park and beach. Parking was good. This is an older motel but suited our needs comfortable and the staff were excellent.

Fabulous location by the beach. Neighbourhood has a lovely vibe. Unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a three-night stay. We made good use of the well-equipped kitchenette. Would stay here again.

You can’t beat the location. The staff was incredible. Our room was missing keys when we showed up and the staff went above and beyond to get us settled asap and figure it out. We will be back!

The rooms were clean and the kitchen was a bonus. Such a great location and view! The staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff returned the binoculars that we left. Lots of friendly people around. Penticton is awesome! I would recommend this Inn for a family vacation.

This place is just steps from the beach/lake and the staff were wonderful. Place had everything we needed and more. Parking was great and there is a lovely personal outdoor table for your use. Planning on going again and will stay here!

This is one of three motels that are side by side all owned by the same party. Location is great. Quiet at night and is across from Skaha Lake park. My room was updated probably 3 to 5 years ago. I can't make the same determination of all the other rooms. But from the online pictures of the other rooms, I think the updating is selective. The exterior of all three buildings need cosmetic updates like painting etc and nicer landscaping etc.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming Suite was roomy and comfortable with full fridge and stove Love showers that can be hand held!! Bed was comfortable (needed extra pillows 2 per bed definitely not enough). Overall as a single traveller would definitely recommend this spot! Close to beach and other amenities!

Staff are all very nice despite the fact that they are busy . Shout out to Bony and Amanda from The office . They were prompt to answer and attend to my queries and concerns . Room was clean when we checked in. It’s very accessible to be beach and there’s a big park for kids / family to use and enjoy .

The location is perfect. The motel is just ok. There is hardly any cleaning staff so no garbage is collected, no fresh towels. The lamps in the bedroom don't work. The hair dryer doesn't work. There was no kitchen towel or washcloth. It's good to come prepared with your own kitchen supplies.

It's a bit dated - as many other people have noted, but it really didn't make a difference at all because it was very comfortable, in a great location, very clean and staff were super nice and accommodating - just regular good natured folk is how I would put it. If you're looking for luxury, with all modern amenities, and being waited on hand and foot - this is not the place for you.

We stayed on the ground floor with our small dog. The location was excellent. Skaha Park is right across the street and we were able to meet with family there for a little picnic. There is also an off-leash area for dogs and our dog made some new friends. The area was clean as they have several receptacles for dog waste. The room itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. The building could probably use a paint job but the interior has been recently updated. The shower had great pressure and we appreciated the refrigerator and little kitchen.
