Can’t fault the staff, very friendly and helpful. Facilities in the room were good but the hotel is very dated and worn out. Parking was included which was handy and it is a short walk into the city centre so the location is convenient.

Nice large room. Housekeeping were a bit near enough is good enough although they were very nice individuals Great location in terms of getting to and from places. Overall a nice place but definitely showing its age considerably now

You Get What You Pay For.

Great location. Easy walking distance to most things. A budget hotel. You get what you pay for but pretty good value for money.

As always, the staff were nice and friendly. The hotel has gone downhill though needs to be renovated badly, the rooms are very outdated, the room we had did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, there was one or two cockroaches running around the walls, the housekeeping needs training on how to make a bed.

Reception was very average, had problem with no cold water in shower, no one got back to us, had to go down to reception then they changed our room. Breakfast and parking are included which is a bonus. Very good breakfast and the property is well located.
