"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. Recommended, would stay again. Grazie!"

"Great room in this boutique style hotel. Loved the decor and the bathroom was wonderful. Easy to get in and out of with a convenient lift for getting up and down. Close to the train station and the metro. Super clean and charming, would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay in Milano! The host was incredibly accommodating and lovely, always quick with helpful tips and local recommendations. The place itself was chic, comfortable, and had everything we needed, a large fridge, a small but well-equipped kitchenette for cooking, and all the amenities for a cozy stay. It’s also within walking distance of the train station, which made things super convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Milan."

Special mention to reception, breakfast and room cleaning staff and in particular to Deshan who gave us a lot of help and advice re venues for restaurants, shopping and train services for travel to Verona. "You would not know it from the outside, but this hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. Just like this for Mesen since everything is condensed when you’re looking exterior to the interior, but the rooftop restaurant has seven fuse, and the rooms were quaint and cozy, but very well appointed. The bathtub, though…… I mean the bathtub, though it was worth every penny!"
