Food was Brilliant both evening meal and breakfast the Bed was lovely and comfortable we had great night's sleep, although room was clean carpet round the room that meets the skirting board was dusty as was the tea/coffee tray apart from that everything else was good and the staff very friendly.

I thought the place was very nice ..the meals across the car park same firm was nice also within a 100yds a McDonalds a kfc a starbucks a greggs in garage plus an asda.s all very handy

First time of staying at a Marston's, couldn't fault the accommodation,check in was good the room was excellent,clean and well equipped would most definitely stay again. Across the car park was the bar and restaurant which was very well presented and staffed by very pleasant staff, the food however left a lot to be desired, I ordered fish and chips with mushy peas, upon receiving it I should have returned it but I had been travelling all day and was so tired I couldn't be bothered as I just wanted to sleep. The mushy peas were so dry they had left the sides of the ramakin, chips weren't to bad finally the fish! It was so contorted it made an arch on my plate I picked it up at one end and it left the plate like a piece of cardboard, I've never experienced a piece of fish like it. What was very self evident was how quiet the place was for a Friday night, serving food as was served to me is the reason. Come on guys, look at what you're serving and ask yourself "is this good enough"

Area around the outside of the accommodation block covered with litter and cigarette ends. Rubbish lying in the flower beds in front of room windows at the front and at the front door area covered with cigarette buts. The rest of the place was grate, but a bit disappointed about the entrance to the accommodation block as my wife and I are non smokers.

Reasonably good Inn. Block of rooms are separate from the Inn and reception. Lots of parking available. Card access to the building and room but this is annoying when only given one card to use because if someone stays in the room when the other person is out then your lights go off. Reception was also slow and closed at 9am when we left. Basic cleaning is good.

Disappointed on this occasion!

I have used this hotel on a number of occasions and been satisfied with the room every time. On this occasion, the food was below average at best in the evening and the breakfast once it eventually arrived was barely warm. I had to ask for a cup and the hot water had finished. Only one girl who was trying her best was serving.

A good standard hotel, ideal for an overnight stop or a short stay. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The rooms are clean, tidy, and functionally furnished. Everything was spotless. The surroundings of the hotel are a bit busy with petrol stations and drive-ins nearby, but you don’t hear any of that noise inside the rooms. Charging options for electric cars are available directly on site.

The staff at Harbour Springs were outstanding. Check in was simple and room was great. It helps if you have a vehicle as it is not right in Peterhead, depending on your plans. It is convenient if you want to visit the famous, and reputed to be haunted Peterhead Prison Museum, or Slain Castle.
