Cherry Tree Cottage is a beautifully styled two-bedroom, semi-detached retreat nestled in a semi-rural location just south of Petworth. Blending traditional charm with modern comforts, this thoughtfully designed home offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere all year round.

Inside, the cosy sitting room invites you to hunker down beside the wood-burning stove during winter months — a perfect spot for reading, chatting, or simply unwinding. The adjoining kitchen is both charming and practical, featuring a user-friendly Mini Aga, air fryer, microwave, and all the essentials: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee machine. The charming market town of Petworth is just five minutes away, offering antique shops, galleries, and the deer park of Petworth House. For nature lovers, the South Downs offer miles of walking trails, and the south coast is within reach in around 40 minutes (traffic permitting).
