The grass (or weeds) in the front yard were knee high. The smell upon entry can be a bit much, it has an old musty smell. The bath towels were stained brown, we ended up using the pool towels since they appeared cleaner. The lighting in the kitchen is low, especially at night when the skylight is dark. The furniture in the house is small, making the house appear bigger in the photos. The beds are comfortable but low to the ground, good luck if you’re taller. Overall, not a great stay - it needs cleaning, better lighting, and freshers towels plus a good lawn care service. The kitchen cabinets wouldn’t even close all the way because they are so cheap. There were about 3 pots/pans and a few plates and glasses. Kitchen smelled like fried food. The vacuum was still in the pool with its 2 hoses running through the pool. When asked about that I was told the vacuum had to stay in the pool. That is a major drowning risk for kids! We did nothing in the house but look around and leave. Was told by the company since we walked in the front door there was nothing they could do about a partial refund even. We had it booked for 3 nights/4 days and had to get a hotel on top of that charge. 0 stars. Also, the house next door was foreclosed and the whole neighborhood was sketchy. The front yard is all weeds that they do not mow, obviously. No wonder there are no pictures of the front of the house. Lesson learned. The tv was all in Spanish. House was clean, well stocked with towels for bathrooms & pool. Outdoor furniture was great, nice big table and 6 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs for sun time.Kitchen is a little less than fully stocked - only 1 wine glass, more spoons than forks; the ad did say there was a toaster, unfortunately it was nowhere to be found. Messaged property manager but never heard back on whether one was being delivered.
