  • The perfect location and most accessible amenities within 2-3 miles. Desert Ridge Marketplace with comedy club and restaurants, High Street, JW Marriott golf and Revive Spa, Mayo Clinic, Westworld, Barrett Jackson car show, TCP PGA Phoenix Open golf tournament, and Scottsdale Quarter. Easy to walk or drive to anything you need. Easy freeway access to 3 major freeways and quick access to baseball spring training and, concerts, and NASCAR. This home is ready for your enjoyment. This 3 bedroom home plus a den sleeps 8 comfortably with primary bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two twin beds, and 4th bedroom/den with two twin beds. Pac man, Galaga, Centipede, Mario brothers- have fun with vintage classic arcade in game room. Backyard oasis with pool (pool is not heated but can be during your stay for $75 a day ), BBQ, outdoor eating area, and sun bathing lounge chairs.

Restaurant Leadership Conference

2nd year in a row we stayed here. Great location for anyone attending a conference at JW Marriott but looking to stay off property. Location is well stocked and had a great pool with a back yard oasis that’s great for starting the day and ending the night.

Amazing Property

We SO enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, and Shyann had everything we needed. The pool was also beautiful and very clean. I definitely recommend staying at this property!

Very Well Stocked house

The house was very clean and was better stocked than any rental we've ever stayed. The host was fast in answering a question we had. Would definitely stay at again.

Fantastic home and great host

Came up as a last minute trip and we had to add a day inside the 24 hour deadline.....host was agreeable and flexible and helped us extend the stay. Home was terrific and stay was perfect! Highly recommend

Everything!

Location, cleanliness, amenities…this property owner thinks of everything from a forgotten toiletry, games, pool floats, candles etc. You can easily get to everything-hiking, shopping, Sedona to Old Town.

Great Business Stat

Was in town for a conference at JW Marriott. Chose to stay off property with three other colllesgues. The space was great, well stocked and extremely convenient to JW Desert Ridge. We will definitely be back.

Wonderfully Appointed Phoenix Rental

This property is likely one of the best VRBO rentals I've stayed in. The home was clean, updated, and comfortable. You can tell Shyann takes great pride and effort to make sure our stay was a 5 star experience. The home had many amenities and extras we weren't expecting. It was also very centrally located to shops and restaurants. We used the pool several times and the patio was very comfortable to hang out in. A wonderful home and great host!

Beautiful stay

My wife and I my daughter family and the grand kids were in Phoenix for a family reunion we needed a place to have dinner the night before the family reunion. I called the homeowner to see if I could have a few people over for a barbecue she was more than open to that. I would recommend this place to anybody the accommodations were amazing and it fit all our needs the cooperation with the homeowner was outstanding thank you so much the Mounce family enjoyed their stay

Wonderful stay

We have rented in Phoenix for 10 years. This was the best stocked property. Lots of towels, bedding and great pots and pans for cooking. She even left fresh ground coffee in the freezer! There was a box of toiletries in case one was forgotten. Shyann responded quickly to any concerns we raised. We hope to stay here again next year.
