The property was nice, didn't have the basketball hoop inside as it showed in the picture, but that was not big deal it had another game. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that my family couldn't go anywhere when i took the key and fob to work with me. Realized we could get the app the day before we left. Overall great for travel for business, if you bring your family be aware that there is homeless that hang out in the alley near the property and my family didn't really want to walk anywhere. Also, if you have a lifted truck be aware that you are parking in a structure. Overall nice clean apartment!

The property was great, the views were great! However traveling with a family where you don’t want to eat out every meal, having a kitchen fully stocked would have been nice. The cups we cracked and had seen better days. We used the coffee mugs available. There were a few small sauce pans to cook with and one extra small skillet. No seasonings. A more equipped kitchen would have been nice. Luckily we were able to borrow a larger skillet from a friend, to make eggs and pancakes, brown beef for tacos etc. the other downside was the couch. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. It was a couch with a bed , but there was no cushioning for sitting comfortable with the family for a relaxing evening in. We ended up just pulling the bed out of the couch and sitting on bed instead because that was better than sitting in the couch itself. The fuse ball table did not have a ball to play with, so we moved it to the side. However the board games that were in the condo were nice to have. The condo otherwise was fantastic and we had a great time!

We confirmed checking in one day earlier than our original check in date but they still didn't sent us the information to check in until the original date which meant we couldn't get anyone to answer us or let us know how to check in on our new date. My husband had to keep calling and texting any number we could find for hours before we finally got the information. We stayed for a week and expected to have the items necessary for that time period. They didn't supply dishwasher pods, paper towels or an iron. The apartment is very dark and the lamp in the main room didn't have a bulb, when we got one, it turned out to actually be broken so it wasn't usable anyway. We had to bring in some lamps from the bedroom to try to add light in the main living area. Although the place seemed most tidy, our feet and socks were filthy after walking around inside for only minutes but there wasn't anything to clean the floors with. The tiny couch in that big space had cushions that would no longer zip and slipped off. The neighbors were loud until 3:30 am on one of our nights as well. The cleaning people also showed up a day early before our check out date the next day and tried to come in the door while we were getting ready. Not a great experience but served our purpose for the time we needed. The front desk people were really nice an helpful even when they didn't need to be.

Great place for a downtown stay

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and amenities like the pool and hot tub during our stay. We went to a baseball game and the location made it easy to walk to the stadium. Parking was also included and we felt very safe in the building
