The Five Seasons of Scottsdale sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms — and the home is built around one idea: helping your group slow down and actually enjoy Scottsdale the way it deserves to be enjoyed.



The outdoor flow is the centerpiece. Fully opening glass walls connect the great room directly to the backyard, so inside and outside feel like one continuous space. Step out to a heated pool, a bonfire pit, a full dining table, lounge seating, and a backyard TV. Desert evenings here are the kind guests remember.



Inside, the great room is designed for gathering — a large sectional around a fireplace (decorative only), two dining areas, a beverage bar, six island bar stools, and a TV. It's the kind of space where the group naturally comes together without anyone feeling cramped.



The bedroom breakdown:



• Primary master suite — king bed, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-style bathroom with floor-to-ceiling ceramic tile, a soaking tub, and a double rain head shower



• Second master suite — king bed, TV, organized closet, and a full bath with a spacious standing shower and defogging mirror



• Third bedroom — bunk bed with trundle plus an additional twin (sleeps up to 4), with its own TV for a cozy, private feel



• Fourth bedroom — twin-under-twin trundle, flexible for kids or additional guests



• Third bathroom — dual vanity sinks, luxury standing shower, defogging mirror



The location makes it easy to experience every side of Scottsdale: Morning hikes on nearby trails. Afternoons by the pool. Evenings at the Biltmore, Kierland Commons, or Old Town — all within easy reach.
