Spacious beautiful ranch house, hot tub & basketball court, near WestWorld, TPC.
- Newly remodeled beautiful single-level house in North Scottsdale, 2 minutes from highway 101, 3 miles from TPC&WestWorld, and 5 miles from Scottsdale Quarters and Kierland Commons shops, bars, and restaurants. Large family room with an electric fireplace, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Floor tiles throughout (no carpets!), 2 new bathrooms, master bathroom with a roman-tub and a walk-in shower with 2 shower-heads. Play the 9ft shuffleboard and foosball tables, cook in the BBQ or relax in the 6 seats premium hot-tub or play basketball, soccer, rackets, corn-hole and pickle-ball in our basketball court in the large fenced backyard. Smokeless fire pit and bistro table and chairs in the master bedroom’s private patio. Free local live TV, free Netflix and 250Mbps COX Wi-Fi. Washer/dryer, babies' amenities, and children's books and board games. 2 car-garage and RV gate. Close to groceries, shopping, dining, and walking distance to Thunderbird Park playground and tennis courts.
