Good Time

We enjoyed our stay at this Porter run VRBO. There was ample supplies to get us through the week and the neighborhood was lovely. We had an issue with the refrigerator staying cold but when we notified the property manager someone was quickly sent out to fix it. The light to the pantry never turns off so that was odd, but overall, we would recommend this place to a friend.

Warm weather getaway!

Great family home to relax & unwind! I was impressed with how clean this home was and was happy they didn’t have any harsh fragrance or air fresheners. Perfect place to spend spring break with our family!

Good extended stay

House was nice. The pool is fenced which is not in all the pictures. Half the pots in the house do not work on the stove. Not given a garage door opener so a workaround to come and go. Pool lights do not work. But it was extremely clean and in a great neighborhood. Had a good stay. We were there for almost two weeks. Easy to get ahold of the company. This is a company rental not an individual. The freezer was broken and was able to get it fixed within a day of calling it in. Would definitely stay again although the pots that don’t work need to be taken out. Would have saved us an hour. The oven also takes over an hour to preheat so be ready to wait for dinner.

Girls Weekend

We loved this space for our 40th birthday girls weekend! Plenty of room, the pool was great and the neighborhood was quiet! Our only complaint was the temperature in the house..... we tried to keep the AC at 73 but one end was great and the other end was always hot. It was JULY though!! We would definitely go back!

Nice Location Property OK

Perhaps it was our mistake not reading the fine print but the pool was not heated nor the filter active during our stay in February. This rendered the pool useless. Furthermore the condition of the pool and overall property was less than pristine. Several bricks around the pool deck are in disrepair and chipping. This property is likely suitable for girls or guys weekend but for our family it didn’t work.

Great layout, maintenance items need attention

The layout of the house was great, plenty of room for my large family. Neighborhood was fine too, large lot with lots of distance between neighbors. There were a few maintenance items that distracted from a better experience. They were: Dishwasher was tired, 4 out of 8 plastic utensil holders had the bottoms broken out and many dish rack tines were rusty. Kitchen sink faucet handle missing screw and kept falling off. Light above cook top under microwave didn't work. Pantry light switch was missing so somebody hardwired it permanently on. Ice maker in refrigerator didn't work, small countertop substitute was inconvenient and annoying. Coping around shallow end of pool was crumbling and a hazard. And while this isn't a maintenance item, the master shower head had such a low flow restricter on it the water took 5 minutes to bring in hot and even then took forever to wash the shampoo out of your hair. With these maintenance items addressed our experience would have been better, but we still had a good time in Scottsdale.

I was disappointed with the response I got on a timely basis. I had questions concerning the house appliances etc. I was put on hold and then told I would be called later. The only way I was able to get a hold of someone is when I requested option 4 what is your sales contact

The tub in the smaller bathroom is very slippery - lawsuit waiting to happen; Seems that with such a gorgeous house, guests would gladly pay to have pool heated.

AZ Family Trip

Our stay at this lovely listing was exactly how it is portrayed. We enjoyed the location so much that adjustments were made to be at the house more than anticipated. Property was clean, easy to find all things needed and relaxing. Everything worked perfectly at the house and property manager was instant in communication with what little we had questions on. Great property for family retreat

This property was in beautiful condition. The decoration was lovely, the outdoors was immaculate, the kitchen was very functional, the beds were comfortable, it was clean and well supplied. The only thing it lacked was common condiments (salt, pepper, etc.) but that was a minor issue. It is very well located near parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. and accommodated our group perfectly. We would stay there again if we needed a place to house family guests.

beautiful place!

This house is so great, the only thing is that there is no outlet in the second bathroom and no mirrors in the bedrooms which made it a little challenging for all the girls to get ready. Other than that this place is perfect! So beautiful.

Great Pool

Overall the stay was good other than they locked us out of the house one evening and we had to wait for management to reset the code causing us to miss a dinner reservation. The pool is amazing! Neighborhood was in a great location and quiet until the last night when someone had a LOUD pool party until late. Also, master shower takes 6-7min. to get hot water.

College visit/family trip

Beautiful home in quiet ideally located neighborhood. Backyard was spacious with multiple sitting areas perfect for enjoying spring weather. Master was very large and secondary bedrooms were all adequate and easily accommodated our family. Would definitely stay again.
