Room was clean but extremely dark when first entering. Had to feel around for a lamp or light switch. Did not partake of breakfast so I had no idea if it was good or not. front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The pool looked clean and inviting but I did not have time to use it. The location was very convenient to downtown Mesa. I would recommend it to others.

Clean room. Looks just like the photos. Simple, functional, no-nonsense. Checkin super easy, front desk staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast is also simple and does the job (cereal, hardboiled eggs, danish, bagels, bread for toast, yogurt, juice). Tidy presentation and no problem with 4 tables (unlike another review...only saw 2 other ppl, plenty of space).

The place was a pleasant surprise. Clean and quiet. My only complaint was the not blackout Blinds. Horizontal stripes? Who ever thought this was a good idea needs to be the one who gets to paint them solid, for free on their day off. other than that a 4.5
