Small property, the room was updated for what it was. No shower curtain for the shower, you will need an adapter to charge things as they don't have the standard US outlets. No elevator and they are at least 4 floors, and having to carry your luggage up 4 flights can be taxing, but great price for the room.

The staff and housing was wonderful. We were warned that the area isn't the safest to walk around but as long as you Uber around you should be fine. The staff was amazing and would even wait outside for our Ubers for us.

Casa Mayte is a beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of Cusco! The staff is wonderful and the hotel itself is gorgeous, the only but we have is that there’s no noise cancellations in the room! You can hear everything outside your room 😅

Location is a bit far from Plaza de Armas, where all the restaurants and action is. You could take Uber which would be very cheap and worth the savings for the hotel. Breakfast is included and wifi was great. They had a water station as well. Front desk staff was not in the best of moods, probably one of the colder exchanges I've had in all of Peru, but bang for buck this place is not bad. Just not close to anything

"The staff here are incredible and make you feel like family. They are very attentive to your needs, knowledgeable about the area and local treks, and the property itself is clean and cute. The restaurant food was delicious and filling. This is a great starting point for the Ausangate Circuit."
