"We had a great 5 nights on the lake at this darling cabin. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The house was very clean and the air conditioning was a nice feature because it was very hot the week we stayed. The beach is very nice but very rocky. You definitely need some sort of water shoe/sandal that can handle sharp and slippery rocks. There is a small table and umbrella down at the beach but that is going to be it for shade. The water was perfect and very clear, perfect for swimming. There are 65 stairs you need to climb when you head back to the cabin. It is manageable but NOT for anyone with knee problems or the elderly as they are fairly steep. We were able to bring our dog and she had a great time. Note to those of you bringing dogs....beach is very rocky and no shade for pets. It was in the 90's every day. Thank you again for a nice stay."

"What an amazing week at CDA Lake for our family! Our host was friendly, gracious, and made us feel so welcome! The house provided everything we needed and more. The set up was perfect as we spent much time on both decks with spectacular views, and on the grass and dock for swimming and fishing. The kitchen had everything we needed and had plenty of options for eating while enjoying the beautiful views of the lake! We were very blessed to spend a wonderful week together and are so thankful for our awesome host! We are planning to come back again and highly recommend this home for your family and friends!!!!"

"We had the most wonderful time at this property. bedrooms were spacious, views were unmatched, shared areas were perfect for our group size. The cabin came with everything that we needed for the lake and towels. you can’t be a fireplace, fire, pit, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seats. Wish we could come here again!"

"We love the home. Beautiful and was stocked with everything we could need. We had family dinners. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great washer, dryer, towels etc. The rowboat, kayak, paddle board and canoe were fun. My grandsons caught a large pike, three large bass plus a lot of small perch and bass. We had a great stay and look forward coming back. "
"We spent five wonderful nights at this property in July 2025. The property was clean, updated, and has a top notch view of the lake. Each room--including the bunk houses--were comfortable and air conditioned. While it's a bit of a walk down to the beach, everyone in our party (from 2 year olds up to 70 year olds) was able to make the walk with relative ease. The beach is well-groomed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!"
"The cabin was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. Grandparents loved the deck, teenagers loved the game room, toddlers loved the trucks and books, parents loved that everyone else was happy. Some aspects of the cabin were outdated, but we had everything we needed. If you’re looking forward to enjoying the lake itself, know that it’s a bit of a long, steep walk. The teenagers made the walk several times but it was too much for grandparents and toddlers. The lakefront is accessible by car. "

"Would not recommend anyone who has an Rv or transportation that is bigger. The road to the home was dangerous and terrifying. I still have goosebumps thinking about the location. I did not know the house was so far inside and between the mountains with no boulders on the road any sight turn and you would fall off the cliff. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed one because I was not risking the life of my kids going up that road with an Rv. Don’t recommend. Definitely not going back again."

"We had a wonderful time sightseeing in the area visiting Harrison, Coeur d'Alene and Wallace. The lake, with a swimming dock, is a 5 minute drive from the cabin. We spent a lot of time outside on the covered decks enjoying the beautiful garden, a "hummingbird haven"! Hot tubbing under the stars in the moonlight was also wonderful. The cabin has many modern updates and comfortable beds. We definitely will be coming back again! "
"It stunk so bad and it was dirty. Wiring sticking out of the wall heater, the font of it had the coils exposed and another one was falling off the wall. There was water damage under the kitchen sink and also look like there could be mold. The sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain well so there is a paper telling you use it sparingly. The water is hook up backwards on the shower so they wrote it with are sharply on the shower wall. The house around it are falling apart and are like hoarders . The was very nice and did refund or stay, but I wouldn’t stay that house until it was repaired."

Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down at sunset, the scenery is unbeatable.The space itself is beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. Every detail has been thought through, from the cozy furnishings to the high-end amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed & pullout couch were incredibly comfortable.The hosts were gracious and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations while giving us complete privacy to enjoy our stay. You can tell they put their heart into creating a special experience for guests.We will definitely book here again!"

"We had a nice time at this property. The home is about a 20 minute drive from the town of Coeur d’Alene so I suggest shopping and picking up groceries before you head to the house. It’s an older house, but it was very clean and the location on the lake is wonderful. The one suggestion I would make to the property owners would be to add a few inexpensive amenities that would’ve been really nice like coffee filters, coffee, a few throw blankets and some games. There is also very slow Internet. We were not able to do much work because the Wi-Fi was so slow. We got to meet the property owner and he was great!"
