The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were well prepared and delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere at the bar and restaurant and spent a good part of the night there with guests. It is hard to find a comfortable hotel bed but ours was very comfortable. I will definitely be staying again.

I would return to Greensboro just to stay at Proximity. You can tell it is employee owned by the authentic care and kindness of the staff (who waved goodbye to us from the front steps). The interior design is fantastic for family visits, with unique pods and floor level living rooms. Big, quiet rooms and beautiful bathrooms, and those luxury white towels! The restaurant is STAFFED for a pleasant dining experience, and it’s just gorgeous. This hotel made our girls getaway above and beyond spectacular,

I had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming getaway. The hosts were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived—they made me feel right at home and were always happy to offer recommendations or assist with anything I needed.
The house itself is absolutely charming, with a warm, inviting feel and lots of thoughtful details that make it special. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, this is exactly what you hope for in a bed and breakfast: great hospitality, a comfortable stay, and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

"pool was down for repair. carpet in room dirty and torn .Morning I was leaving found 2 cockroaches on bathroom. upon checkout I told them of roaches. I was told, oh, that was probably some tiny beetle. I am 72 years old and know a cockroach when I see one!"
