My parents really enjoyed stay here.Very friendly staff, clean and well equipped room, good breakfast with plenty of choices. Sea view was beautiful. Pineto city just around the corner with plenty of ice cream shops. Really recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to spend some time on beach.

Perfect place,direct at the beach promenade.The balcony with sea view is unbeleivable. Breakfast and half board is improvable.

Do not stay here. Toilet leaked water, loud train right outside the window, couldn’t use the beach bathrooms, hot tub was broken, had no water in it and front desk staff told us we could still use it, beach attendant caused issues and tried to kick us out of the chairs we had been in for 3 hours since he rented them even though we were in them, electricity flickers and is super sketchy. Do not recommend.

Médiocre, propreté discutable

L'hotel est bien situé en front de mer, mais il est presque impossible de se garer aux alentours (pas de parking pour l'hotel). Apres 22h il est difficile d'avoir quelqu'un à la réception. L'hotel est défraîchi, le mobilier bon marché et de mauvaise qualité. La vue mer est le principal atout, mais il est facturé plus cher! Le petit déjeuner ferme a 9h30 même le week-end! le checkout est à 10h! Oe personnel n'est pas très sympathique et parle tout juste anglais

Great location. Nice lunch and dinner. Great staff

This is s nice hotel. You are charged $5 per person per day for the umbrella and two chairs. No problem except we were not told upfront. No washcloths and towels are thin. Wifi did not work on third floor. I would stay again but on first floor

Rentner Hotel mit ungepflegtem Badezimmer

Rezeption sehr freundlich, keine deutsch, wenig englisch Kenntnisse. Zimmer zum abgewöhnen. Bett ausreichend groß mit zwei getrennten Matratzen. Wände sehr hellhörig, Fernseher dicht an der Wand angebracht, jeden Morgen, Mittag, Abend, ungewollt vom Nachbarn mit gehört. Klimaanlage und Mini Kühlschrank waren vorhanden und in Ordnung. Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Schimmel Flecken an der Decke, Schimmel an den Dichtung von der Dusche. Da wurde nur grob sauber gemacht. Direkt vor der Toilette war ein Bidet, wenn man über eins 1,75 cm groß ist haut man sich die Knie an. Weiß nicht wer sich sowas einfallen lassen hat. Lampen Abdeckung lag auf dem Schrank statt auf der Lampe. Föhn müsste man sich an der Rezeption holen. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen. Der Kaffe kam in einer dreckigen Kaffeekanne, er war grauenhaft !!! Obwohl hinter der Theke eine Kaffemaschine stand, wahrscheinlich nur als Deko. Das Büfett war sehr lieblos und ungenießbar. Waren nur einmal da. Danach sind wir ins Café Gegangen und haben einen guten Cappuccino getrunken wie man es eingentlich aus Italien kennt.

Assolutamente da sconsigliare

Abbiamo prenotato tramite expedia una camera quadrupla per 4 notti e, nonostante avessimo ricontrollato la prenotazione direttamente con l'hotel, la struttura ci contatta 2 giorni prima del nostro arrivo per dirci che per la 1'notte (13 agosto) avevano problemi di manutenzione sulla nostra camera, ma che dal giorno successivo non c'erano problemi. Poiché noi ci trovavamo già a Pineto ma avremmo dovuto lasciare il nostro appartamento quel giorno, ci saremmo ritrovati a dover dormire in spiaggia o in un'altra citta se fosse stato per il Felicioni. Abbiamo invece ricontattato expedia, che non sapeva nulla, ed abbiamo così trovato una sistemazione solo per quella notte in un altro hotel sopra la stazione ferroviaria. Così dopo aver dormito poche ore a causa della ferrovia e dei rumori del bar/ristorante sottostanti aperti fino a tardi e dopo aver rifatto nuovamente il bagaglio, ci siamo presentati il giorno 14 al Felicioni, e dopo aver aspettato l'orario per la consegna della camera (perdendo così un'altra mattinata visto che le camere vanno lasciate presto) scopriamo che ci avevano assegnato una camera doppia per disabili dove era stato inserito un divano letto a castello lungo 140cm (avevo prenotato una quadrupla per 4 adulti in quanto i miei figli di 17 e 15 anni sono alti rispettivamente 190 e 180cm) ci è stato risposto che la vera quadrupla ci sarebbe stata solo dal giorno ancora successIvo. Alla fine siamo rimasti adattandoci solo x non rovinare il ferragosto ai ns ragazzi

I booked this hotel on a specific date only to get there and find out that they are closed... The phone number was wrong and after I managed to find the right number they told me that that the only hotel open is 5 miles away and after calling a taxi I eventually get there and everything was ok and from full price for the room I only paid 50% but the taxi costed me €€€ to go to the hotel and return back to the place I booked it so I overspend 15€ plus phonecall charges... The hotel was nice but the organisation was bad.

La prima camera assegnata era a dir poco lillipuziana, con parecchie magagne nel bagnetto e assai rumorosa. Lo sconforto ci ha subito pervasi e dunque abbiamo richiesto lo spostamento in altra stanza appena possibile. Ciò è avvenuto dopo tre notti. La seconda camera decisamente meglio in quanto a dimensioni e collocazione. Scarsa comunque la manutenzione delle parti a rischio usura (lampadine fulminate, stendibiancheria precarissimi, scorrevoli della doccia malfunzionanti,...). La salvezza del soggiorno è stata la formula B e B, dal momento che la cucina, provata solo all'arrivo, era assimilabile ad una mensa scolastica, nulla più. Davvero deprimente veder scaricare i prodotti per la tavola (formati di pasta, yogurt, succhi, marmellate, biscotti,...) recanti il marchio di un discount! L'hotel si fregia dell'ottima posizione e del lido antistante (a pagamento a cominciare dalla sostituzione di una sdraio col lettino), è preso d'assalto da famigliole con bimbi piccini e perciò si vede concedere tre stelle per la comodità. Secondo comparazioni non solo territoriali, l'assegnazione reale dovrebbe prevederne appena due, tenendo conto di tutto il resto. Davvero poco curata la pulizia degli spazi comuni e delle grandi vetrate, comprese le porte scorrevoli d'ingresso. Decisamente meglio la pulizia nelle camere.

Mai più in un posto così!

Le informazioni e le fotografie della camera che ho prenotato, una tripla, non corrispondono a quella che mi è stata assegnata (niente frigorifero, né cassaforte, dovevano essere due ambienti separati, invece era una doppia piuttosto piccola con un letto aggiunto). Arredi e accessori inadeguati. Quando accendevamo o spegnevamo una luce, spesso saltava la corrente, ma ai proprietari sembrava tutto normale, così come era normale avere la doccia rotta per tre giorni con acqua che andava dappertutto. La seconda volta che ho segnalato il problema mi hanno detto, piuttosto maleducatamente, che era il 14 di agosto e bisognava portare pazienza. Proprietari maleducati e quasi tutto il personale non in grado di fare il proprio lavoro e molto lenti. Colazione tristissima, mal presentata e mal servita. Per fortuna abbiamo fatto una sola cena da loro, perché la fantastica cucina della quale si vantavano tanto era in realtà di pessima qualità. Unica nota positiva, il personale delle pulizie: gentili, sorridenti ed efficienti.

Hotelové pokoje jsou čisté. V žádném pokoji není trezor a lednička jak je psáno v popisku hotelu. Hotel je vybaven výtahem, bazénem a na pláž je vzdálený 20m. Hotel má i svůj plážový bar a slunečníky, ty se však musí v recepci připlatit.

Pay a few more dollars and go somewhere else

Signage to hotel was terrible and no one could give us directions to get there - you park on the street but no one can tell you if the space where you are parked is legal or not. The toilet had no seat - really loud music during the evening. Staff only spoke Italian. Breakfast was the worst that we had in Italy. Pay a few more dollars and go somewhere else.
